Step 1: Plan and Design

You know yourself and your family best. Whether you've already created a detailed wish list or need help in putting together your thoughts, we're always here to make sure your home is right for you and is well within your budget.
Based on your vision and budget, we create a personalised floor plan, with 3D modelling to visualize the new space before starting the project. The design combines functionality and aesthetics.

You can communicate all the specific attributes you want in your smart home, from underfloor heating to complex ceiling structures. Our team will get you what your heart desires within your budget.
Once you are satisfied with your design, we'll create the necessary assessments for your property, along with construction drawings. We provide you with a dedicated project manager who will create a construction schedule for you.

Step 2: Building your custom home

The next step is to transform the design of your dream home into something concrete. The building process is the most difficult part of refurbishment. As your client, we are here to alleviate any stress associated with the purchase of your new home through proper and timely communication. We encourage homeowners to participate in the construction process as they wish. We always welcome your questions and concerns and immediately warn you of anything that requires your attention. We want the experience of building your home to be positive and exciting and will do everything we can to make it happen.

Our authorized demolition and refurbishment team will demolish all existing land/ structures and shut down services if necessary. The exterior and interior work is done using only high-quality materials and workmanship. Our project management team provides status reports at every step and walkthroughs between important milestones.

Step 3: Welcome Home

Your long-awaited moment is finally here! After completing the pre-delivery inspection, you'll receive the key to your new home. We'll give you one final guide to review the features, answer all your questions, and make you love the details.
