Naeem Toheed has over 25 years of experience as a business owner and over 20 years of experience as a real estate salesperson. His major field of experience is Land Improvement, Construction and Renovations with specialization in Investment properties.
Naeem completed several business ventures as a sole owner as well as a co-owner and has taken his real estate business to a new level of experience, leadership and professionalism.
Naeem is also involved in various community services. After completing his MBA(Marketing), he started free tutoring for needy students. He also provided free advisory services to investors. His teaching experience augmented his abilities of advisory and financial assistance.
Naeem is an experienced realtor with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. He is skilled in Negotiation, Buyer Representation, Customer Service, Townhomes, and Listings

Currently, Nisar Butt is leading the Maximize Realty Inc. (Brokerage) in the capacity of Broker of Record.
Nisar Butt has been a prominent business leader for over two decades. He is well established in number of business areas, among others include real estate, marketing, business strategy, corporate training and management consulting.
Nisar Butt is a world renowned leader, innovator and acknowledged pioneer of standardization in the areas of marketing. As President/CEO of the International Institute of Marketing Professionals (IIMP®) leading the development of Internationally Accepted Marketing Standards (IAMST) with members from 192 countries.
In 1997, as a President/CEO, Nisar established and operated high profile corporate education centers and higher education colleges with campuses across Canada, offered advanced diploma programs in the fields of business and information technology.
In 1988, Nisar pioneered an IT and Management consulting firm which mainly served corporate sector and Government in the areas of management consultation and provided full line of services related to IT. Some of the corporate clients included; GM of Canada, Revenue Canada, The Cadillac Fairview Corporation, Control Data Institute and Apex Forwarding International.
Nisar holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree from Lansbridge University, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree, diploma in Computer Programming & Operations and numerous certifications in management consulting and Information Technology.
